Terms of Service

Heads up: this is a plain-language template. Have a lawyer in your jurisdiction review and adapt it before you take real payments.

1. Who we are

"ViralVault", "we", "us" and "our" refer to the company operating the website at viralvault.io and selling digital guides under the ViralVault brand. "You" and "your" mean the person buying or using a guide.

2. Using the site

By visiting the site or buying a guide, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

You must be at least 16 years old to make a purchase. If you're under 18, you should have a parent or guardian's permission.

3. What you're buying

Each guide is a digital product — typically a PDF and an EPUB, sometimes with extra files like templates and checklists. You'll get download links by email immediately after a successful purchase.

Add-ons (templates, walkthrough videos, 1-on-1 calls, etc.) are optional extras that can be added at checkout.

4. Pricing and payment

All prices are shown in pounds sterling (£) and include any VAT where applicable. Payment is taken in full at checkout via our payment processor.

We reserve the right to change prices, tiers and add-ons at any time. Changes don't affect any guides you've already bought.

5. Your licence

When you buy a guide you get a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use it for your own purposes. The Agency tier extends that licence to up to 10 named people in your organisation.

You may not resell, redistribute, republish, host, post on a torrent or file-sharing service, or otherwise share the guide with anyone outside your licence. The guide remains our intellectual property.

You may quote short passages (a paragraph or two) with attribution. If you're not sure whether a use is OK, email us.

6. Lifetime updates

For Pro and Agency tiers, when we release a meaningful update to a guide you've bought, we'll send the new version to the email address on your order, free of charge, for as long as we keep selling that guide.

7. No guarantee of results

The guides describe strategies that have worked for us and others. We can't promise they'll work for you. Social media platforms change without warning, your audience and niche matter, and your effort matters most of all. Don't buy a guide expecting a guaranteed outcome.

9. Acceptable use

Don't use the site to do anything illegal, harmful, or that abuses our service. That includes attempting to access other people's accounts, scraping at scale, attempting to circumvent paywalls, or using bots to interact with us.

10. Disclaimers

The site and the guides are provided "as is". To the maximum extent allowed by law, we make no warranties (express or implied) about the site's availability, fitness for any purpose, or the outcomes you'll achieve.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, ViralVault's total liability for any claim relating to the site or a guide is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make a material change, we'll post the new version here with an updated "Last updated" date. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the new terms.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of England and Wales.
