Refund Policy

Last updated: 23 May 2026. Our promise on every guide is simple: read it, try the plays, decide. If it isn't earning its price, ask for a refund.

Heads up: this is a plain-language template. Have a lawyer in your jurisdiction review and adapt it before you take real payments.

1. The 14-day guarantee

Every ViralVault guide comes with a 14-day, no-questions-asked money-back guarantee. If you decide within 14 days of purchase that the guide isn't right for you, email us and we'll refund you in full.

2. What's eligible

The 14-day refund applies to every tier (Starter, Pro and Agency) and every add-on except for two specific items, listed in section 4 below.

3. How to request a refund

Email viralvault.site@gmail.com from the email address you bought with, within 14 days of your purchase. You don't need to explain why — but if you tell us what didn't work for you it really helps us improve the guides.

We'll reply within one business day, confirm the refund and process it on the same day. The money usually lands back on your card within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

4. Exceptions

Two add-ons fall outside the standard 14-day window because they involve our time once they've started:

  • 1-on-1 Strategy Call — refundable until the call is booked. Once a call is scheduled and confirmed it becomes non-refundable, but you can reschedule once at no cost.
  • Agency tier onboarding call — refundable until the onboarding call is booked. Same reschedule rules.

Everything else — guides, swipe files, planners, video walkthroughs, template packs — is fully refundable within 14 days.

5. After 14 days

After 14 days we don't generally offer refunds, but we always read every refund request. If something has genuinely gone wrong on our side, email us and we'll find a fair outcome.

6. Lost downloads

If your download link expires or you lose the email, just write to us and we'll re-issue the files — that doesn't count as using the refund window.

7. Faulty files

If a file is corrupted or doesn't open on a standard reader, we'll replace it. If we can't fix it, you get a full refund regardless of the 14-day window.

8. Chargebacks

Please email us first if something's wrong. Filing a chargeback before contacting us slows everything down for everyone — we'll always work with you to resolve it directly and fast.

9. Statutory rights

If you're a consumer in the UK or EU, this policy is offered in addition to (not instead of) your statutory rights. Nothing here removes those rights.
